At the end of the most difficult slings, he carefully walked through the entire process several times successfully. Now, no matter where you are strapped, it is already very stable. After stepping on it, the webbing sinks following the trend, basically it seldom shakes, and even if there is slight shaking, it can quickly stabilize and kick out. There were also several climbers on the F1, outside the pedestrians, beetles and blue ice. The F1 basically didn’t feel much on the long flat belt. He still had to walk three or four steps, and he could The five-six-meter webbing is easy to complete and the difference is quite far. The long Slack Rope  and short-sleeve tape are much more elastic and the vibration amplitude is much greater. The beetle performed very well today. It is similar to last time. It can only stabilize the body for more than 10 seconds. It is very difficult to strike. However, pedestrians outside the wall have made rapid progress. From the beginning, it was impossible to stand on a flat belt and it was finally possible to stand in the middle and stand firm for more than ten seconds. I believe he can move on more than ten meters of sling with good practice. Now. As before, Blue Ice still couldn't find the feeling. He couldn't stand on the sling for a few seconds. Every time he stood up, he quickly fell off. It was a little girl he brought, and she gave her a short sling. After practicing for about half an hour, he can stand on the flat belt for more than ten seconds, but he is still unable to walk.

During the slack belt, we saw that we had a good time. From time to time someone wanted to come and try it. Among our team of rock climbers, most people who played this sport showed a high level of enthusiasm for the sport. It seems that the sport is still very attractive. At present, there have been more than a dozen of flat belts and ones that have been ordered to buy flat belts. Take a few slacks and go for a little experience. Write it out to share with everyone. Please correct me.

1. For us beginners, at first, the slings cannot be pulled too long. Generally, they can be five or six meters long. The ends of the slings can be seventy or eighty centimeters in height. Pull the slings through the tight rope device. Tighter, the tighter the elasticity of the strap, the easier it is. When the weight of the whole body is pressed into the middle of the flat belt, ten minutes and twenty centimeters can be kept between the flat belt and the ground. If it is too high, the mind will be afraid and cause nervousness, which is not conducive to standing up;

2. The best way to start is to walk barefoot, so that the foot feeling is good, easy to control the body; of course, now the weather is cold, wearing a pair of thick socks is a good choice, otherwise the cold would not be worth the cold, though, will Sacrifice some feeling of foot;

3. Generally speaking, when starting a flat belt on a station, it can be started near the fixed point. The shaking is relatively small and relatively easy. Eyes are fixed in front of the front of a fixed no animals (six or seven meters can be), one foot first bent, stepped on the direction of the flat band, try to maintain a large contact area, with the middle of the thumb and forefinger with the heel of the forefinger In a straight line on the flat belt, be careful not to step on (this small area of contact, it is not easy to stabilize the body), and do not exert power, if a force is then the flat belt will shake very hard, and the greater the more the shaking shake Big (we usually call it "Power News", huh, huh!), the other foot is close to the squab in the back, hands are balanced on both sides to stand up at any time to maintain balance, and suddenly the back foot stands up and makes a force to step back or step forward. Slings (individuals tend to be better backwards), keeping the body's center of gravity and the flat straps in a straight line, bending their feet, shaking their hands up and down, and keeping the body in balance. They can also use the twist of the waist to maintain balance;

4. When you can stand in the above seven or eight seconds or more, you can try to stand on one foot. If you can stabilize for a few seconds, you can try to step forward; if you can move forward, nature can be backwards. . At this stage, you need to constantly understand the process of moving your body from one foot to the other; when you start moving forward, you can use your front foot to become imaginary, then slowly increase your force, and you can feel the shift of the center of gravity to the front foot before you can lift the foot backwards. Take the first step. Pay attention to the slower shift of the center of gravity, the smaller pace of movement, the lighter ones, and the smoother breathing. Try to control the elasticity of the slings. Do not stimulate the elasticity of the slings. , must first stabilize, you can apply downward "pressure" to the sling in order to slow down the extent of its shaking, do not rush to foot, such as the elasticity to stabilize and then move forward;

5. If you can stay at the same point and move freely around for a long time, your eyes will not have to stare at a fixed object. At this time, you can watch the slapping slings and try to practice turning. When you turn around, you must first stabilize the sling and keep it from shaking. Then turn your foot first and then step on the flat belt (both front and rear feet can be). After you stabilize your feet, suddenly turn your feet and turn to the flat belt. Use your hands and waist. Adjust your body with your feet and stabilize the slings.

6. Personally think that because the vibration frequency is very fast at the end of the flat belt (especially the flat belt with a length longer than 10 meters), and every time before, the vibration frequency changes drastically, so it is more difficult to stabilize the body and it needs a small stride. Advance, and each step must be fully adapted to the vibration frequency and then out of the foot;

7. If the above can easily be done, you can start thinking about artificially creating larger amplitudes and trying to stabilize your body; then you are constantly lengthening the length of the webbing, 10 meters, 15 meters, 20 meters... The length of the slings is much greater, and the more difficult it is to control, the more attractive the challenge is.
